Denise is an owner breeder and exhibitor of Champion West Highland White Terriers. Finishing her champions from the bred by exhibitor classes her dogs have continued to attain multi specialty wins and group wins. Her current special, CH Den-Marc's Chain Reaction (CJ) has held his national AKC standing as the # 1 Westie in America since the start of 2007 winning 7 specialties and 20 group wins at the young age of 3. Denise and her dogs have also participated in obedience and have attained earthdog titles. 

      In addition to showing her dogs Denise has successfully managed her own dog grooming business, "RUFFCUTS" . For more than a decade Ruffcuts has serviced approximately 140 people with their dogs needs. Her services include Pet sitting , Grooming, (hand stripping for hard coats) and advice on behavior training.
